In this session, you will learn some practical strategies for minimizing risks for your volunteers and improving their engagement with your organization. We'll provide real-life examples of potential risks and share best practices for minimizing these.
Tracy Nadal holds over 20 years of leadership and hands-on experience in the human resource and talent profession, including 12 years in the nonprofit sector. She currently provides HR Services through Turning the Corner, a national HR consulting firm, based in Boulder, Colorado, working with several nonprofit clients. In addition to her professional HR experience, she is currently serving as Board Chair for Open Door Ministries in Denver. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Development from Regis University and holds an Executive Certificate in Inclusive Leadership from
