DOVIA Colorado is excited to offer this micro-retreat that will address dealing with stress, improving your mood, and boosting your energy through self-care techniques and guided journaling. This small group retreat will offer positive accountability. Self-discovery will sync your heart and mind. Keys to intrinsic wisdom will spark growth. Interactive techniques will energize, connect, and empower you. Dress comfortably; this is your time to decompress! Markers and colored pencils will be provided. Please bring a journal or notebook. If you have a favorite pen you like to use, feel free to bring that as well.
We will be led through this experience by Halley Smith. Halley is a certified Wellness Coach, business owner, and mom of two. She, too, has experienced stress and exhaustion and is dedicated to helping you find sustainable ways to manage your stress and empower you to be your best self!
