Have you been asked to survey volunteers? But what are surveys good for? Are you just performing feedback collection that tells you the same things over and over?
In this webinar, you will learn how to collect data that identifies gaps, benchmarks sentiments, and explores new ways to engage volunteer time and talent. The session will use Mentimeter, allowing participants to easily share insights, ask questions, and brainstorm opportunities.
By the end of the one-hour online session, attendees will be able to:
- Determine the right survey objective, audience, timeline, and platform to gather data that ignites positive change
- Understand how to write clear survey questions that respect respondents and allow for their honesty and flexibility
- Design surveys with clear and easy analysis routes that link to actionable opportunities
