How many of us are feeling overstretched, over worked, and just generally burnt out? Join us for a special session where we will focus on taking care of ourselves for a change! This is your opportunity to spend some time at the beautiful Denver Botanic Gardens while we learn how to be mindful and stay in the moment. You will learn forest bathing and meditation techniques that you can use everyday to help manage stress. Showing up for ourselves will help us show up even better for our volunteers!
