The Colorado Conference on Volunteerism (CCOV) is an annual professional development event that uniquely caters to individuals working in the volunteer management and engagement sector. Grounded in the belief that building meaningful volunteer programs requires skill, strategy, and experience, CCOV is committed to advancing and elevating the profession.

Date: Thursday, September 17, 2026

Location: The Lincoln Center, Fort Collins, CO
Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm (schedule subject to change)

2026 Registration Rates

Early Bird: Through June 5	$155/per person	$215/per person
Regular: June 6-August 28	$175/per person	$235/per person
Late: August 29-September 4	$200/per person	$260/per person

Registration rates include coffee/tea (no breakfast meal) and a boxed lunch (6 choices included in registration)

The DOVIA Colorado mentor program is back this fall! This six-month program is designed to foster professional relationships between new and experienced volunteer engagement professionals. If you are interested in applying to be a mentor or mentee, join us for an info session to learn more about what to expect, application deadlines, and more. Please note- to participate in this program, you must be a current member of DOVIA Colorado.
Info sessions are required for participation and will be recorded. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Fundraising and volunteer programs have more in common than you might think: both are built on strong, authentic relationships. In this interactive session, we’ll explore the fundamentals of fundraising and how volunteer professionals can be valuable partners in their organization’s fundraising efforts. We’ll walk through the donor journey, from identifying and cultivating supporters to solicitation and stewardship, and identify practical ways volunteer managers can help deepen relationships, connect people more closely to the mission, and build a stronger community of supporters.

Speaker Bio: As the Owner of The Binsfrahm Group, Madeleine (she/her) brings over 20 years of leadership experience across local, national, and international organizations - guiding teams to scale smartly, lead boldly, and grow sustainably. Whether a client is looking for strategic planning, a fundraising strategy, or a strong business foundation, Madeleine brings the expertise and clarity to move them forward. Clients love her collaborative and community-centered approach as well as the flexibility required to operate in today’s operating climate.
