Event Description
In a field focused on attendance numbers, we sometimes forget that the volunteers that do show up still deserve a great experience, whether or not we’ve hit our recruitment targets. Join Emily Marie Williams in learning tricks to effectively engage the volunteers that do show up through the lens of folk songs.
Emily is a Volunteer and Community Engagement professional with 10+ years of experience helping connect people to the causes that are important to them. She has worked with volunteers in nonprofit, campaign, corporate, and higher education settings. She is proud to serve as co-chair of the DOVIA Colorado Membership Committee.
