Volunteers are the lifeblood of non-profits, and the backbone of a good volunteer program is an excellent volunteer coordinator. As volunteer professionals, one of our biggest struggles is time and with other job duties and increasing numbers of volunteers to manage, it doesn't feel like there's enough time to do everything and do it well. Join us to explore three pillars of efficient and effective volunteer management: 1) Prioritize What's Important (Building Relationships); 2) Automate What You Can (Leveraging Technology); and 3) Make Time to Step Back (Thinking Big Picture).
